📋 Before You Plant — HOA Guidelines

✅Submit an Architectural Request before planting so irrigation can be arranged.

🚫Trees cannot be planted in grass areas. Rock areas only.

🚫No Palms or Aloes will be approved in front yards.

💧The HOA maintains the irrigation system and will connect approved plants.

🌱Want a plant not on this list? Submit a request to the Board for review.
